A Blog is made of a series of Posts
but a website is made of Pages ... as many as you want
to make a new page ... go to Pages ... then New Page ... then give it the name you want and then Save it
THEN open it again via Pages , back on the main menu
and Edit it (ie/ put text etc in it )
... if you try to do both ( Name and Edit ) in the one go , it will Save under some weird name which is a composite of the first word of every line of the text ... and you don't want it to do this ... you want it to have a proper name.that descibes what it is about... like " blogger-pages"
So
Save it before putting any text onto it
and you can upload pictures from your computer, embed videos , sound files HERE, and put Links to other websites , to your heart's content
But to be able to acces the page from the website Homepage , you wil have to make them visible through one of the Pages gadgets ( which you will have added if there wasn't one in the Theme you are using )
and then you will have a List of Pages ...like this one
but NOTE
... while individual pages are edited under Pages
the menus of which pages are to be listed , are edited via Layout .. Gadget " Page List "... ... then clicking on the little picture of a pencil ( see where arrow is pointing )
but also NOTE , while Blogger does not make Sub-Menus , you can make your own.. as on the Blogger page of this site , which links to pages not listed on the main menu
this is just to stop the main menu getting too crowded , but the pages DO exist and you can just use the LINK button to link to other pages on the site
